DVD+R or DVD-R?

When ordering your Official Pride DVDs please pay particular attention to the DVD+R and DVD-R selections as not all DVD players will play both formats.

Most DVD players will say on them which format they will play. If it does not state it on your player (on the front OR back) please consult the manufacturers user manua / technical manual or refer to the manufacturers website.

If your DVD player says DVD±R or DVD±RW it will play either format.

If your player says DVD+R or DVD+RW it will only play DVD+R formats, similarly if it says DVD-R or DVD-RW it will only play the DVD-R format.

Please note that if you order the incorrect format and your DVD player will not play your DVDs you are liable for the return postage costs and further postage costs for posting you the correct formats.

We will only send out replacement disks of the correct format once we have received back the incorrect format disks from you.
